Poole Lighthouse Commission

Corporate commission for the Poole Lighthouse who were celebrating their 40th anniversary was to make 200 cupcakes with edible logos. Presented in individual cupcake boxes and topped with a specially printed foil ribbon.
The job was turned around within 48 hours, with the cupcakes baked the night before and personally delivered in plastic crates by 6am the following morning.
